It’s a blend between two typical varieties of Gascony : the Colombard and the Ugni blanc. The result is a tonic, very fruity and refreshing wine.
Colombard brings here exotic fruit and citrus fruit aromas, whereas Ugni blanc offers a nice roundless and a perfect balance.
In the vineyard, we make every effort to obtain in skin berry the most aromas: yield limited, bud removal, leaf thinning, crop thinning.
All these operations are generated to limit phyto-chemistry and obtain uncontaminated berries.
Bunches are harvested at night and quickly transported in cellar where we realise a skin soaking so as to reveal aromas.
Advise of the sommelier: drink this wine with fish, shellfish or seefood.
