This blend offers you vanilla aromas and a nose gently tinted. This wine is above all sweet, with amplitude, and a nice length. When you degust it you can find tastes of honey, apricot and at the end coconut. It’s a wine very friendly.
Harvested in late maturity, Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng berries are the result of selected vines, witch enjoyed first freezes and the last sunrays of season …
Advise of the sommelier: drinck this wine with foie gras, cheese and dessert (delicious with the famous Gasconne Croustade…)
